Common help
- Make sure Outgrow is updated to the latest version from the App Store.
- Restart the app if something looks stuck or out of date.
- If AI chat is not responding, check your internet connection and try again in a moment.
- If reminders are not showing up, confirm notifications are enabled for Outgrow in iPhone Settings.
Subscriptions and purchases
- Outgrow Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone subscription settings.
- Refund requests are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.
- If you already paid and premium access does not appear, open the app and try restoring purchases again.
Privacy and data
- Journal entries, mood check-ins, unsent messages, and no-contact streak history are intended to stay on your device.
- AI chat requests are securely relayed so Outgrow can generate responses.

Troubleshooting
- Restart your iPhone and reopen the app.
- Update to the latest version of iOS that your device supports.
- Confirm you are signed in to the same Apple ID used for your subscription purchase.
